Welcome to the blog for It's Meow or Never Animal Rescue, a 501(c)(3), non-profit, no-kill animal rescue organization. We rescue cats and dogs and after having them seen by the vet, we adopt them to loving, forever homes. Please come back often as we will try and update this site every day.

Please contact us if you need adoption assistance with an animal - if you provide a photo of the animal, we can list it on national databases to help find it a suitable home.

Please*do not* ever give your animal away for free ... learn why.

Memorial: Snowflake

Snowflake, a beautiful Turkish Angora kitty, passed away of Feline Vaccine Associated Sarcoma on November 2, 2002 at the age of 13. She was adopted from a shelter by her loving mommy, Lynn, when she was 4, and was quite an expert at conversation.

On October 8, 2002, the vet found a lump in her right leg, and by December 31 it had grown around her pelvis. Snowflake’s mommy wants to make sure that the public is educated properly about this terrible cancer. For more information, please visit: www.geocities.com/~kremersark/newhope.html.

Also, Snowflake’s mum has founded an organization to help educate the public about VAS. If you would like to help, please visit: www.vax-awareness.org.
